Delivery & Returns Information

Delivery

Providing items are in stock then your orders should be despatched by the next working day. If items are out of stock and there is a long delay then we will try and contact you to inform you of a likely shipping date.

Delivery is via Royal Mail & DPD Local. Standard postage is £3.95 for UK deliveries but some heavy items will vary with weight. When you get to checkout for the UK you have a choice of postage should you require quick or next day delivery.

If you live locally you can collect from our showroom. You will get an email or phone call to let you know your order is ready.

We ship all around the world. Postage charges vary according to weight and location.

Customs Charges : If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Sporting-Gifts.com Ltd has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Sporting-Gifts.com ltd recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.

If you recently placed an order and you're wondering why you haven't received it yet, you should first check in your account whether we've dispatched it to you. If the item has been dispatched and you still have not received it, sometimes the post may not have been able to deliver your item as nobody was available to receive the package. You should receive a card from the post and be able to contact your local delivery office where you can pick up or rearrange delivery.

Returns

Easy Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund items* within 30 days.

All items must be returned 'as sold' - in the original condition, unworn and unused with all swing tags attached.

When returning an item for a refund or exchange we are unable to reimburse your return postage costs unless the product is faulty.

* Please note we cannot exchange or accept a return on the following products: Underwear, Mouthguards or Swimwear, that has been unsealed, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, Videos, DVDs, PC and PlayStation games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty. Customised items e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty. Please ensure you have the right size prior to ordering personalised shirts.

Returns from the United Kingdom:

Please include a cover note with your order number, name, billing address and details of how you want the return processed.

Clicksit in conjunction with CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops, typically open early until late seven days a week. It provides proof of postage, insurance and an online tracking code all for just £4.11

Simply visit: https://www.clicksit.com/sporting-gifts.com/ enter your order reference and email address, payment details and then print your label. The returns cost will be £4.11. Securely attach label to parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery labels have been removed or covered. To find your local store visit: https://www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator and enter your postcode. Drop off your parcel at your chosen store where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. Your original email will give details on how you can track the parcel. You can return parcels up to 60x50x50cm and weighing under 10kg.
